Rasmus Karlsson earned his PhD in political science from Lund University, Sweden, in December 2010. His research interests traverse theories of intergenerational justice, sustainable development, and the temporal dimension of democracy.
From September 2011, he is employed as a full-time lecturer at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies in Seoul, South Korea
